On August 21st, 2024, the Superior Court of California (County of Alameda) entered a judgment against Ramin R. Yeganeh based upon financial elder abuse and other causes of action.

Enforcement action is also being taken against the co-judgment debtors in this case: Ali David Abayachi, Kevin J. Heslin, and Elm Home LLC.
